From the South traveling north on the A9, at the Kessock bridge roundabout in Inverness take the 2nd exit across the bridge. Continue on the dual carriage way (A9) for approx' 3 miles.

Turn right off the A9, following the sign for “Black Isle, Munlochy".

Follow the road through the village of Munlochy, turning right at T junction when you leave the village and follow the signs for Avoch.

Proceed through Avoch, passed the 'Morning, noon & night' convenience store and shortly after turn right opposit the church onto Margaret Street– the Cottage is the 3rd on the right, marked No 17.
