Ground floor

The ground floor traditional entrance leads in to a good sized hallway, giving access to a  comfortable  lounge, kitchen/diner and bathroom.

Lounge

3 piece suite, wood burning stove, coffee table, free-view colour TV,/DVD and a selection of DVDs, books and games.

Kitchen/Diner

Modern kitchen well equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, plus all the pots, pans, crockery, glasses and utensils you will need. there is a dining table with seating for 6.

Bathroom

Fully modernised bathroom with electric over-bath shower, basin and w.c. There is an heated towel rail also.

Upper floor

Staircase leading up to the first floor.

A double bedroom and a twin bedroom. All with bedside cabinets, table lamps and clothes storage units. The twin room has a small fold down bed suitable for a young child.

Outside

The fully enclosed garden at the rear of the house is mature and secluded. There is a patio, with table and chairs. At the front of house there is parking for 1 car.

Additional information

The washing machine and tumble drier are located in a utility cupboard under the staircase. There is also an outside drying area.

The house is warmed by electric heating.

All bed linen, towels, electricity, and firewood is included in the price. A cot and high chair can be supplied if required.

A deposit of 25% of the tariff will be required to confirm your booking with the balance due no later than 6 weeks prior to your arrival. A £50 refundable good housekeeping deposit will be required and will be refunded to you after your departure.

Check in time - 4pm or after. To allow us time to prepare the cottage for the next guests we would be grateful if you would check out no later than 10am.
