Margaret Street CottageSituated in the village of Avoch, on the Black Isle, on the shores of the inner Moray Firth, this traditional fisherman's cottage retains much of its late 19th century character and is fully modernised to a high standard. Located in a quiet street off the road to Fortrose, Rosemarkie and Cromarty, the cottage is in the old fishers part of the village on the shore of the Beauly Firth, close to the Cromarty and Moray Firths, acknowledged as one of the best places in Europe for spotting Bottlenose dolphins. |

The cottage is a comfortable well equipped home from home and an ideal location as a base to explore the city of Inverness, Loch Ness, Nairn-side, the Black Isle and the wider Scottish Highlands. The village has a convenience store, cash point, a couple of take-away food shops, restaurant and pub, church and bus stop for access to the Black Isle and Inverness. The cottage sleeps up to 4 guests.The tariff includes all bed linen, towels, electricity and logs for the stove. Heating is electric. A deposit of £100 per week is requested in advance, plus a refundable good house-keeping deposit of £50. The balance is payable no later than 10 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday (or by arrangement for short notice bookings) Bookings are from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 9-30am Parking space for 1 car is outside the cottage - additional parking space is at the end of the road. Well behaved pets are welcome. |
